STRAIGHTFORWARD FROM THE START

What Goes Into Your Quote

Your quote is based on the time required, materials, equipment, disposal or hauling, and any other project-specific costs. We’ll explain what applies to your job so you know what’s included before work begins.

Simple Pricing Options

Depending on the work, your job will fall into one of four pricing options: minimum service call, half day, full day, or project pricing. We’ll tell you which option applies and what it costs before scheduling the work.

No Hidden Surprises

Changes happen—especially with repair and property work. If we uncover something that changes the scope or price, we’ll stop, explain it, and get your approval before doing additional work.

STRAIGHTFORWARD PRICING

Choose the Right Fit for Your Project

Half Day

A half-day booking is a good fit when you have several smaller repairs or maintenance tasks that can be completed in one visit. We’ll work through your prioritized list for up to a half day.

Full Day

Have multiple projects you’ve been putting off? A full-day booking gives us dedicated time to tackle a larger list of repairs, maintenance, installations, and property projects.

Project Price

Larger or more involved jobs are quoted by the project rather than by time. We’ll review the scope, materials, equipment, and labor involved and provide a price before work begins.
HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

What will your project cost?

Starting at $125

Minimum Service Price
For those “I just need this one thing fixed” jobs.

Examples might include: replacing a single light fixture, repairing a loose piece of trim, replacing a door handle, hanging a heavy item, minor caulking, or another quick repair.

Starting at $500

Best for smaller jobs or a short list of repairs that can typically be completed in four hours.

Examples might include: replacing several light fixtures, installing new trim in a small room, caulking a bathroom, replacing damaged boards, hanging shelves or hardware, or knocking out several small repairs from your to-do list.

Starting at $950

Best for larger jobs or a longer list that requires most of a workday.

Examples might include: a small tile tear-out, multiple rooms of trim work, several repairs throughout the home, a larger yard cleanup, fence repairs, or completing a combination of indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks.

Starting at $1000/Custom Quote

For larger or more involved work where it makes more sense to price the complete scope rather than the time spent on site.

Examples might include: deck repairs or rebuilding, larger fence projects, landscape refreshes, demolition and removal projects, larger flooring or tile projects, or other work that requires multiple days, significant materials, or specialized equipment.
